About My Practice

Dr. Hesse earned her bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and cell biology cum laude from the University of California, San Diego in 1993. She minored dually in psychology and dance. Following that, she received her medical doctorate from Creighton University School of Medicine in 1997. Dr. Hesse went on to complete her orthopedic surgery residency at Fort Worth Affiliated Hospitals in 2002. Then, in 2003, she received the Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery Fellowship at Shriners Hospital for Children in Portland, Oregon.

Dr. Hesse began her career working at pediatric orthopedic surgery practice in Miami, Florida from 2003 to 2005. Following her experience there, she then became the Non-Surgical Orthopedist at a multidisciplinary musculoskeletal practice in New York, New York from 2006 to 2014. This year, she began her own Non-Surgical Orthopedic Practice in New York, New York. She is fluent in both German and Spanish.
